Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or make a purchase on Pay2Win.quest. By using the Site, you represent that you meet this requirement.

Pay2Win.quest is a satirical entertainment product. It offers no gameplay, skill-based mechanics, or chance-based outcomes. Purchases fall into three categories: (1) digital profile cosmetics — including but not limited to Characters, Equipment, Badges, Ribbons, Row Skins, Profile Backgrounds, and Classes — that affect only your public profile appearance; (2) direct increases to Victory Points (“VP”), a permanent, non-spendable leaderboard-rank score; and (3) direct increases to the four Character Stat numbers (STR/DEX/INT/RIZ) displayed on your Character Sheet, which are for display only and confer no gameplay advantage. Purchases do not unlock functionality, advantage, or content beyond cosmetic display, stat display, and rank position.

VP, leaderboard rank, and all cosmetic items have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for money, transferred between accounts, gifted, exchanged, or resold. VP specifically cannot be spent, used to purchase or unlock anything, or converted into goods, services, prizes, or other benefits — it exists solely as a leaderboard-rank score. Purchases are subject to our Refund Policy.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@pay2win.quest of any unauthorized use.

All purchases are processed through Stripe, which acts as merchant of record for transactions on the Site — Stripe is the seller for payment, tax, and billing purposes, and handles applicable sales tax/VAT/GST calculation and remittance directly. We do not store your full payment card details. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe’s terms in addition to ours. Minimum purchase amount is $5.00 USD.

You agree not to: use the Site for unlawful purposes; attempt to manipulate the leaderboard through fraud, chargebacks-then-repurchase abuse, or unauthorized technical means; impersonate another person; or interfere with the Site’s operation.

All content on the Site — including artwork, character designs, copy, and branding — is owned by Shadow Paths, LLC d/b/a Pay2Win Quest or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.

The Site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or permanent availability of any purchased cosmetic item.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shadow Paths, LLC d/b/a Pay2Win Quest’s total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
